Shutterlux specializing in products such as California shutters, zebra blinds, roller blinds, Shangri-La blinds, and drapery. All products we manufacture comply with Canadian industry safety standards. Our high-quality products and services have earned us a good reputation. Shutterlux does not have any agents; we sell our products directly to the our customers. Our vision is to provide customers with a one-stop platform for window covering selections. So far, we have showrooms in Scarborough, Markham, and St. Catharines. We plan to open 15 showrooms directly in Ontario within the next three years. ShutterLux Extended Warranty
We stand behind the quality, performance, and longevity of our products.
At ShutterLux, our commitment to customer satisfaction goes beyond just the sale. That’s why every custom window treatment comes with our Extended Warranty, designed to give you peace of mind and long-term confidence in your investment.
Our warranty applies to products that were:
Professionally installed by ShutterLux or installed according to our official instructions
Maintained in good condition and not altered or relocated from the original installation site
Used only for the window and environment they were originally designed for
What’s Covered:
Our Extended Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on operating mechanisms and hardware components. Specific products such as PVC shutters carry lifetime coverage, while others include 1–25 year limited terms depending on type.
Please note:
Fabric, drapery, upholstery, and slats are considered wearable components and are only covered within 30 days of delivery
Motorized accessories and batteries are not covered beyond the manufacturer’s warranty
Labour, removal, shipping, and reinstallation costs are not included under this warranty
Products exposed to unconventional indoor environments (e.g., high humidity, extreme temperatures, or UV/wind exposure) are excluded
What’s Not Covered:
Damage from misuse, accidents, improper cleaning, pets, pests, environmental exposure, or normal wear and tear—including fading, fraying, and discoloration—does not qualify for coverage. Delivery Information
From our facility straight into your home.
Once your order is placed, please allow for at least 2-3 weeks lead time for the delivery of your window shutters. Please note that this timeframe is an estimation that cannot always be guaranteed.
Your ShutterLux Expert will send you updates on the delivery status of your order. Once it has been produced and assembled at our facility in Scarborough, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the installation of the shutters.
We will also be sure to contact you should there be a delay in the delivery of your order.
