Shutterlux specializing in products such as California shutters, zebra blinds, roller blinds, Shangri-La blinds, and drapery. All products we manufacture comply with Canadian industry safety standards. Our high-quality products and services have earned us a good reputation. Shutterlux does not have any agents; we sell our products directly to the our customers. Our vision is to provide customers with a one-stop platform for window covering selections. So far, we have showrooms in Scarborough, Markham, and St. Catharines. We plan to open 15 showrooms directly in Ontario within the next three years. Limited Lifetime Warranty
We deliver quality products that will put you at ease.
At ShutterLux, we strive to provide quality products that are reliable, long lasting, and come with a lifetime warranty.
ShutterLux provides a limited lifetime warranty on the condition that the product was installed
under proper circumstances, and is still in the original window.
The warranty for the product covers and protects the customer against the following issues:
- The warranty will only cover your actual window treatment. We will not refund for labour costs or shipping charges associated with the removal, measurements, and installation.
- The product installation will be conducted in accordance with the respective instructions.
- The product cannot be changed or modified.
- It is the responsibility of the purchaser to clean and keep the product in a reasonable condition in line with the instructions provided by ShutterLux.
- The product should only be used in the window for which it was acquired.
(Download and save warranty card with your proof of purchase) - The following are not covered by this warranty: Abuse, misuse, accidents, removal, re-installation, exposure to the elements, discoloration as a result of sunlight, normal wear and tear, the passage of time.

Delivery Information
From our facility straight into your home.
Once your order is placed, please allow for at least 2-3 weeks lead time for the delivery of your window shutters. Please note that this timeframe is an estimation that cannot always be guaranteed.
Your ShutterLux Expert will send you updates on the delivery status of your order. Once it has been produced and assembled at our facility in Scarborough, we will contact you to arrange a date and time for the installation of the shutters.
We will also be sure to contact you should there be a delay in the delivery of your order.
